My name is María Eugenia!

My connection with the culinary world began when, while studying law at university, I decided to help my father in his small restaurant in Buenos Aires.

It was there that I discovered a totally different and exciting place. I realised after months of hard work and a lot of learning, that this was the profession I wanted to have.  So, I decided to study to become a chef at the IAG (Instituto Argentino de Gastronomía). 

Leaving my beloved birth country, Argentina, was not an easy decision, but a necessary one. After 17 years working in my own successful empanada and pizza house in Buenos Aires, I had to start again in The Netherlands.

For seven years now I have chosen this country as my home, where I want to realise my dreams and achieve my new goals.
